Returns & Exchanges:

  • We do not accept returns. However, exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving the product for the following reasons:
  • Size Exchange: If the size is incorrect, you can exchange it for the correct size.
  • Defective Product: If the product is defective, we will process an exchange upon receiving proof of the defect (such as a video or photo).
  • Style Exchange: If you’d prefer a different style, you can exchange it, subject to availability.
  • Exchange Process:
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the exchanged product.
    • If exchanging for a product of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
    • If exchanging for a product of lower value, the difference will be refunded to the customer via GPay.

Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges are only processed once the original product is returned to us.
  • The customer must provide proof of the product’s condition (video or photo) if the product is defective.
  • We will send the exchanged product back to the customer after receiving the returned item.
